Team Building

Whatever your team is, we can guarantee a fun day of activity, whether you are wanting the classic 'planks and crates' type session, adrenaline and excitement, or more sophisticated thought provoking challenges.

If you have an objective, we will use our knowledge, experience and ideas to work with you to develop a plan to help realise your aspirations.

A half or full day team building could be classic 'planks and crates', inclusive and accessible to all, guaranteed laughs, and a rich variety of challenges and tasks. A real winner! We have some excellent venues across the region, or we can bring our mobile equipment to you. To host the activity at your own venue we require an area of open space of 500m sq. (preferably grass).

Leviosa: build a structure capable of supporting your team off the ground for 2 minutes...But...rules limit your ideas!

Shaduf Challenge: Can your team design a Shaduf to collect water from the 'river' . This is a race. The team filling the bucket first is the winner!

Toxic Swamp; Bomb Rescue; Rolleball; Nightline; Spiders Web... our range of tasks is extensive, varied and engaging.

A full day outdoor activities programme based in Northumberland, the North Pennines or the Lake District : mountain biking, canyoning, coasteering, abseiling, bush craft, scrambling. We can use a variety of activities to meet your objective. Would you prefer your staff to stay overnight and have a chance to socialise and relax at the end of a day's activities? Our programmes can be based in Northumberland, the North Pennines or the Lake District utilising campsites, bunkhouses, B+B or hotel accommodation.

Talk to us. We will be able to help.

A really interesting, adventurous day - learning the basics of how to survive in the wild. The best way to learn is by doing and we certainly got involved in everything - from building fires and whittling wood to preparing a pigeon for frying - it was a wonderful experience. The day was well prepared. Caroline and Jon were informative and patient.
